As part of the SOLUTION project, Edelweiss supported the shareholders of a software company in an external company sale due to age succession. The aim was to find a good successor solution for the company’s more than 40 programmers and to ensure the long-term security of the company. The company specializes in software development, software integration, and software services, with a particular focus on the development of customized software, and has over 40 years of experience. It is very profitable, with an EBIT margin of over 20%, and has highly qualified employees and a valuable ISO certification. The diversified customer base and many recurring sales without framework agreements with major customers put the company in a very good position, which is also reflected in the bidding process.
