As part of the HEAVEN project, Edelweiss is supporting an entrepreneur and his owner-managed company, which is active in the development, manufacture and sale of gas springs. The company is a leading manufacturer in its industry and has numerous patents, which has aroused great interest among potential buyers, including larger strategic competitors. We are currently in an active bidding process. A key concern of the entrepreneur is to ensure the long-term security and continuation of the company’s value, including the preservation of jobs for employees.
