Project EAGLE

As part of the EAGLE project, Edelweiss was able to support a leading German IT system house in the IT security and ERP sector with its succession and successfully sold the company to Patrimonium Beteiligungs AG and Group Link Holding GmbH. This structured transition enabled apia Systemhaus GmbH to integrate all stakeholders, including the former managing partners, employees, customers and suppliers, into the new structure in the long term and sustainably. The managing directors will accompany the company during a transition phase over the next two years to ensure successful integration.
Quote from Edelweiss management:
“This was a very individual and tailor-made transaction process with many bidders and buyers, whose offers were evaluated according to the specific aspects and wishes of the shareholders. Through the bidding process, we were able to maximize value and successfully complete the sale of the company in accordance with the shareholders’ ideas. We are excited about the coming years and look forward to the positive development of the company.”
Approach
Through the takeover of apia systemhaus gmbh by Patrimonium Beteiligungs AG and Group Link Holding GmbH, Edelweiss has ensured an orderly and successful succession for the company. This enabled a seamless integration of apia systemhaus gmbh into the new corporate structure, whereby high synergy effects and integration potential were utilized.
