The aim was to find a good successor solution for the company&#8217;s more than 40 programmers and to ensure the long-term security of the company. The company specializes in software development, software integration, and software services, with a particular focus on the development of customized software, and has over 40 years of experience. It is very profitable, with an EBIT margin of over 20%, and has highly qualified employees and a valuable ISO certification.
