As part of the DELPHI project, Edelweiss is supporting a medium-sized, owner-managed company that operates in the cable, assembly and network sectors. The company, which was taken over by the current shareholders ten years ago through a management buyout, is now up for sale and in the process of arranging its own succession. With around 50 employees and a strong customer base, the company is very profitable and was able to attract large international buyers, including listed companies, as part of a structured and regulated transaction process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
