Since no internal succession solution was found, the seller decided on an external sale. During the regulated transaction process, Edelweiss was able to successfully accompany the buyer through six bidding rounds and support them up to the final negotiations of the transaction. Particularly noteworthy is the value maximization at the end of the process through the structured bidding process.
