The entire corporate universe, including employees, customers and stakeholders, was successfully integrated into the structures of the buyer company. This took place as part of a horizontal integration, as the buyer (portfolio company) was a larger competitor. The aim is to further develop the now larger platform solution and to jointly become the leading provider of cashback solutions in Europe and internationally, benefiting from massive new developments and finding new approaches to scaling this business area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quote from Edelweiss management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThis was a very individual and tailor-made transaction process with many bidders and buyer parties, whose offers were evaluated according to the specific aspects and wishes of the shareholders. We are excited about the coming years and look forward to the company developing positively.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By taking over apia systemhaus gmbh through Patrimonium Beteiligungs AG and Group Link Holding GmbH, Edelweiss has ensured an orderly and successful succession for the company.
