This structured transition enabled apia Systemhaus GmbH to integrate all stakeholders, including the former managing partners, employees, customers and suppliers, into the new structure in the long term and sustainably. The managing directors will accompany the company during a transition phase over the next two years to ensure successful integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Quote from Edelweiss management:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;This was a very individual and tailor-made transaction process with many bidders and buyers, whose offers were evaluated according to the specific aspects and wishes of the shareholders.
