As part of the NANO project, Edelweiss is supporting a leading company in the development of high-quality hardware solutions for mobile technology, industrial IT, and the automotive sector. The company, which has over 30 years of experience and specializes in embedded solutions, offers tailor-made solutions from a single source. We supported the entrepreneurial family in handing over their company to a strategic buyer who will secure the entrepreneur’s life’s work in the long term and integrate the employees sensibly. The company enjoys an excellent reputation, has numerous global partnerships and a loyal customer base. As part of the anonymous approach, we were able to generate keen interest and numerous expressions of interest in the company. We are currently in the final phase of the transaction, in which the optimal partner for the company is being identified. The entrepreneurs will also support the company during a one to two-year transition phase after the sale as part of the integration and post-merger integration.
