Description

As part of the SOUTH project, Edelweiss is advising an international logistics company from southern Europe that has special certifications and licenses. We are currently conducting an extensive and internationally regulated transaction process in which several bidding parties are participating. This process is characterized by its international reach and the involvement of renowned logistics companies, with an enterprise value of around 50-60 million euros. We are very proud to be able to manage this mandate and are confident that we will find an excellent exit solution for the owner.
